Can I return an item due to change of mind?
If the item is returned (within 7 days of you receiving it) with proof of purchase we are happy to exchange it or issue a credit note (vaild for 3 months), however we do not refund due to change of mind. Please see Terms and Conditions for further details.

Is everything in your store sold in your online store?
No. If you have seen something instore that doesn’t appear in our online store please feel free to call us (o3 9889 4763) or email (hello@zincgifts.com.au) to discuss. Most of the time we will be happy to take over the phone payment and get the goods on their way to you as soon as possible.

How long does delivery take?
Between 2- 7 days for all Australian addresses. (if your purchase has not arrived within 10 days please contact the store)

Out of Stock products.
If an item is out of stock please feel free to call or email the store to discuss when the item is expected to be in stock again.
You may also leave your contact details so we can notify you when the item comes in.

Do you take customer orders?
Yes for most items we are happy to take customer orders (with a 20% deposit required).
Please call or email the store to discuss.

Do you layby?
Yes, we do accept layby. However at this point we do not process them directly through the online store, so please phone the store to organise this.

What postage service do you use?
Australia Post.
